Dudley Schools Conference - June 2009
On Tuesday 30 June 2009 four members of our school council represented Mount Pleasant Primary at the Dudley Schools Conference at Himley Hall. They participated in several workshops promoting equality and children’s voices, and spoke confidently about their own school council and the difference they make.

Fire Safety Quiz - June 2009
On Thursday 18 June 2009 Year 5 entered a team into the annual Fire Safety Quiz. Our heat was held at Brierley Hill Fire Station and the questions were posed by fire fighters from the station. Several other local schools were entered and although we did not win our heat we had an enjoyable experience. We were beaten by the super fast buzzer fingers of Maidensbridge Primary School. It is great to see so many pupils knowing so much about how to keep safe.
