Tenacres offer a range of exciting clubs and activities both in and after school time. These change termly and at present include:

Worcestershire youth music also provide keyboard, guitar, violin and drum lesssons in school for which there is a charge. More information is available at the school office.
Board Games Club

Board Games Club
This is an after-school Board Games Club for Key Stage 1 pupils.
The Bingo is VERY popular!
Other pupils play games such as chess.
Cooking Club

Cooking Club
Our after-school Cooking Club is run by Mrs Walters for Key Stage 1 pupils
Each week they take home their efforts to hopefully share with their families.
In the picture, right, they are busy shaping and decorating their gingerbread biscuits.
Cricket Club

Cricket Club
This is held in the summer months for Key Stage 2 children.
We have Kwik Cricket equipment available for the after-school club and for general class use during PE lessons.
Fashion Club

Fashion Club
Children get the chance to design their own own t-shirts in Fashion Club.
Arrow Vale students and Mrs Fisher assisted them with their work and teach different methods of embellishing and decorating their t-shirts.
Look out for a fashion show for the school when their work is completed!
Golf

Golf Club
This is an after-school club for Key Stage 2 children. We have golf equipment suitable for our age group and a huge field to practice on.
We haven't lost any balls - yet!
Guitars

Guitar Club
Children in Years 3 and 4 can sign up for guitar lessons led by a peripatetic teacher from Worcestershire Music Service.
A charge is made for lessons and children can either use their own guitar or hire one for an extra charge.
Gymnastics

Gymnastics Club
We have a Gymnastics after school club.
In the photograph you can see Year 3 pupils learning different balances and gynnastic moves. They are working towards attending a gymnastics competition with other schools at the Abbey Stadium.
ICT Club

ICT Club
Key Stage 2 children attend an ICT club after school.
They design their own story board pages, having taken digital photos.
Knitting Club

Knitting Club
This after-school club is for KS2 pupils who soon pick up new skills and enjoy taking their knitting home to practice.
Laptops Club

Laptops Club
These children attend Laptops Club at lunch time.
Our mini laptops are very popular with all the classes who also use them in lesson time.
Reading Club

Reading Club
This is for Year 2 pupils.
Children are introduced to Shakespeare's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'.
Wii Fit Club

Wii Fit Club
Key Stage 2 children can attend this after school and are seen here engrossed in a racing game.
